Written Comments Submission Form

If you would like to share your thoughts with City Council about a planning or land use application that will be discussed at an upcoming council meeting, you can submit written comments in the following ways:

• By completed and submitting this form;
• By email to cityclerk@princegeorge.ca;
• By fax to 250.561.0183; or
• By mail or in-person delivery to the Corporate Officer, 5th Floor, City Hall (1100 Patricia Blvd).

To be included on the meeting agenda, comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the meeting. Comments submitted after this deadline but before 12:00 p.m. on the meeting day will be handed out to Council during the meeting and will be included in an updated agenda the next day. 

As per the "City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011", all written comments must include you full name and mailing address. Except for personal information protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or comments deemed libelous or offensive, comments will be published in full. You name and address will be included, however, your phone number and email address will not be shared.

Please note that comments submitted to this form must relate only to the applications listed in the drop-down menu, as those are the items scheduled for Council's review. Comments on unrelated topics will not be forwarded to Council and will be deleted.
