NOTICE OF SPECIAL CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING
Pursuant to section 9(1) of “City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011”, a special closed meeting of Council is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 12:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1100 Patricia Boulevard, Prince George, BC.
The purpose of the special closed meeting is for Council to consider subject matter relating to:
- law enforcement, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the conduct of an investigation under or enforcement of an enactment;
- the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and
- the consideration of whether the authority under section 91 [other persons attending closed meetings] should be exercised in relation to a council meeting.
