Notice of traffic and pedestrian network disruptions - March 14, 2024

John Hart Bridge between 5^th Avenue and North Nechako Road

• The North and Southbound left lanes will be reduced to single lane traffic each way, Friday, March 15^th from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm for sewer main repair work.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

John Hart Bridge – Northbound (Left) Lane & Southbound (Left) Lane

• Will be closed Thursday, March 14^th from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for a utilities repair.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

Highway 97, Shady Lane and Perrin Heights

• Access between Perrin Heights and Highway 97 will be CLOSED.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.
• Highway 97 will be reduced to a single lane in each direction approaching Shady Lane. There will be up to three (3) 10-minute stoppages on Highway 97
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

4^th Avenue between Dominion Street and George Street

• The south sidewalk from Dominion Street to George Street is closed for work on the UNBC Wood Innovation building.

Quebec Street between 6^th Avenue and 7^th Avenue

• The east sidewalk will be open for pedestrian use this winter; 6^th Avenue sidewalk between Quebec Street and Dominion Street remains incomplete and closed for the winter.
