Notice of traffic and pedestrian network disruptions - December 12, 2023

2985 Minotti Drive between 2971 and 3015 Minotti Drive

• Will be closed, Wednesday, December 13^th from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm for repairs to water service.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Hemlock Street (1300 Block) between Patricia Blvd and 15^th Avenue

• Will be closed Tuesday, December 12^th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for a water service repair.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

4^th Avenue between Dominion Street and George Street

• Is closed starting Tuesday, December 12^th until the end of December for work on the UNBC Wood Innovation building. Sidewalks on the north side of 4^th Avenue and access to businesses remain open.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

Quebec Street between 6^th Avenue and 7^th Avenue

• The east sidewalk will be open for pedestrian use this winter; 6^th Avenue sidewalk between Quebec Street and Dominion Street remains incomplete and closed for the winter.
