Notice of traffic and pedestrian network disruptions - August 28, 2023

Moffat Street (200 Block) between 2^nd Avenue and 5th Avenue.

• Will be closed, Monday, August 28 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for repairs to the water line.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Ewert Crescent (2400 Block) between Ewert Street and Ellison Drive

• Will be closed, Monday, August 28^th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for repairs to sanitary line.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

Vancouver Street between 12^th Avenue and 4^th Avenue

• Will be closed, Monday, August 28^th at 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 29^th for paving.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Charella Drive at Davis Road

• Will be alternating single lane traffic, Tuesday, August 29, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for a fire hydrant repair.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

15^th Avenue Westbound between Jarvis St and Tabor Blvd

• Will be single lane, Friday, August 18^th to Thursday, August 31^st from 8:00 am to 4:00 except weekends for Telus upgrades.
• Emergency vehicles WILL access.

Intersection of 18^th Ave and Foothills Blvd

• Will be closed, Monday, June 12^th to Thursday August 31^st, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm daily for construction of a roundabout.
• Detour required. No access to Foothills Blvd from 18^th Ave. Pedestrian detours will be in place.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Gunn Rd

• Will be single lane alternating traffic, Friday, September 1^st to Friday, September 8^th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily for Telus utility work.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

Boundary Avenue between Boundary Road and Talchako Road

• Will be closed, 24hrs, Tuesday, August 15^th to Friday, September 8th for water and sewer tie-in work.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

University Way between Foothills Boulevard and University Way Entrance

• Will be closed in both directions, Tuesday, August 22^nd to Friday, September 15^th for bridge construction. Detour: Ospika Boulevard to Tyner Boulevard to University Way entrance.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Foothills Boulevard and Austin Road West

• May experience minor traffic disruptions, Tuesday, September 26^th and Wednesday, September 27^th from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm for semi annual leachate force main maintenance.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

3^rd Avenue between Vancouver Street and Brunswick Street

• Will be closed – 24 hrs., starting, Tuesday, August 8^th to Friday September 29^th for watermain project.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

6399 Boundary Rd

• Will be closed, 24/7, Monday, August 21^st to Saturday September 30^th for install of deep utilities across boundary Rd.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

3^rd Avenue between George Street and Queensway

• Will be closed every Saturday starting May 6^th to October 14^th for the Wilson Square Community Market.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.

Quebec St between 2^nd and 3^rd Ave

• Will be closed, every Saturday in summer, from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm for the Prince George Farmers Market.
• Emergency vehicles will NOT have access.

Simon Fraser Bridge

• Southbound Simon Fraser Bridge will remain closed until Fall 2023. Northbound Simon Fraser Bridge will be reduced to single lane in each direction.
• Emergency vehicles WILL have access.
