Join the City of Prince George and 20,000 of your closest friends for Canada Day at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 1, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Enjoy multicultural food and entertainment, games and bouncy castles for the kids, and browse the marketplace. There's plenty of fun for everyone in the family!

Vendor registration

Canada Day in the Park features a marketplace for vendors to sell their wares and for organizations to promote their initiatives and activities. If you would like to participate as a marketplace vendor, a non-profit information booth, or a food concessionaire, review the following:

Vendor registration opens February 4 and closes May 1, 2025. There is limited space so apply early to avoid disappointment.

*Registration and payment of registration fees does not guarantee application acceptance. Applications will be adjudicated once all required information is received. The Canada Day in the Park committee reserves the right to accept and reject any application. Any unsuccessful applicants will be refunded their fees in full.

Sponsorship opportunities

Canada Day in the Park is an opportunity to give back to the community while reaching an audience of 15,000 - 20,000 people. Sponsorship of the event ranges from $1,000 to $30,000. While we accept sponsors at any time, sponsorships received after the confirmation deadline of May 15 may not be included in all advertising materials. Register as soon as possible to ensure your business or organization is recognized.
