  Parking Control

Parking Control Officers enforce on-street parking via the Parking & Traffice Bylaw No. 6056 and the Highways Bylaw No. 8065, 2008; and off-street parking in City owned or operated parking facilities via the Off-Street Parking Bylaw No. 8348, 2011 regulations.

The Parking & Traffic Bylaw can be viewed here.

Bylaw Services Administrative Support staff are responsible for the management of the off-street parking facilities, other than maintenance of the facilities (maintenance of the facilities is the responsibility of the Civic Facilities Division).  Bylaw Services staff control and monitor revenue, facility parking space rentals and other operational issues.
